Adebola Falade is a finance, risk, and governance professional with extensive experience across corporate finance, compliance, audit, and executive leadership in leading multinational and Nigerian organisations.
She currently serves as Executive Director at LagoVista Limited and as Chairman of the Board Audit and Risk Committee, as well as a member of the Credit and General Purpose Committee at Financial Derivatives Company Limited (FDC).
She has held senior roles at Jumia, Guinness Nigeria Plc, and Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, with expertise spanning financial management, risk oversight, and corporate governance.
