Chairman, Board of Directors

Olorogun Dr Moses O. Taiga "CON" is the chairman of Modant Marine Limited (an indigenous marine manufacturing & leasing company located in Port Harcourt), Execon Holdings Limited and Niger-Benue Transport Company Limited, and on the board of several reputable companies. He is a graduate of Finance & Accounting from the University of Lagos and holds a post-graduate degree in Finance & Economics. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has over 30 years of managerial experience including work in the Banking, Conglomerates, and Petroleum sectors.

Bismarck J. Rewane

Managing Director & CEO

Bismarck J. Rewane has over 40 years of experience in economics, banking, and financial analysis, and serves on the boards of several multinational and Nigerian companies. He is a respected economic commentator and has contributed to national policy through key advisory roles, including the Presidential Economic Advisory Council.

Adebola Falade

Director

Adebola Falade is a finance, risk, and governance professional with extensive experience across corporate finance, compliance, audit, and executive leadership in leading multinational and Nigerian organisations. She currently serves as Executive Director at LagoVista Limited and as Chairman of the Board Audit and Risk Committee, as well as a member of the Credit and General Purpose Committee at Financial Derivatives Company Limited (FDC). She has held senior roles at Jumia, Guinness Nigeria Plc, and Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, with expertise spanning financial management, risk oversight, and corporate governance.

Adeboye Shonekan

Director

Adeboye Shonekan holds an LL.B from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. He also completed an executive programme in Management Development at Harvard Business School. He is a lawyer by training with exposure to legal and management practice, and has been involved in engagements across professional and public-interest platforms.

Bode Adediji

Director

Mr. Bode Adediji is a seasoned real estate professional, business leader, and corporate director with over 40 years of experience across the real estate, healthcare, education, and financial services sectors. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Bode Adediji Partnership, Kontinental Developers Nigeria Limited, and Mount Davis Hospital, and served as the 19th President of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). Mr. Adediji holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University and an M.Sc. from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (Nigeria) and serves on the boards of several organizations, including Financial Derivatives Limited, while also serving on the Governing Council of Elizade University. He is widely recognized for his contributions to real estate, corporate governance, and business leadership, and has served on various national and professional committees, including the Federal Government's Vision 20:2020 initiative.

Ngozi Nzegwu

Ngozi Nzegwu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dugo Limited, a leading Nigerian company specialising in promotional solutions, corporate gifting, and local manufacturing of premium afrocentric products. She is a seasoned banker turned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across banking and entrepreneurship. As a banker she worked in Union Bank and International Merchant Bank, and served as Pioneer Treasurer and Head of Branch Network Coordination at Oceanic Bank. She currently serves as the Chairman of the Board Credit and General Purpose Committee at FDC.

Toyin Adeniji

Director

Toyin Adeniji is a financial services professional with over 28 years of experience spanning international development, financial inclusion, SME finance, and gender-focused investment. She currently serves as Executive Director (Microenterprises) at the Bank of Industry. She previously worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she held roles including Investment Officer and Head of the Women in Business (WIN) programme, advancing gender mainstreaming across investment and advisory portfolios. She has led key national initiatives at the Bank of Industry, including the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP), supporting microenterprises across Nigeria.

Senior Vice President & CFO

Bernard K. Aso is a seasoned finance professional with over 35 years of experience in auditing, accounting, administration, and financial control. He holds a degree in Accounting from Rivers State University and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Portfolio and Debt Management Institute. As Senior Vice President at Financial Derivatives Company, he leverages his extensive expertise to support the company's financial and strategic objectives.
