Biography
Toyin Adeniji is a financial services professional with over 28 years of experience spanning international development, financial inclusion, SME finance, and gender-focused investment. She currently serves as Executive Director (Microenterprises) at the Bank of Industry.
She previously worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she held roles including Investment Officer and Head of the Women in Business (WIN) programme, advancing gender mainstreaming across investment and advisory portfolios.
She has led key national initiatives at the Bank of Industry, including the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP), supporting microenterprises across Nigeria.
